Every Wednesday 9am to 12noon, Health Haven offers short acute naturopathic consultations designed to help you manage common everyday health concerns with practical advice and natural treatment options.
No lengthy case-taking or diagnostics you don’t need. Just timely support when you actually need it.

Sometimes you don’t need a full consultation
You wake up with a sore throat before an important week. Your child develops a cough overnight. You’re coming down with something and want to support your body before it becomes something bigger.
That’s exactly why Walk-In Wednesdays were created.
Each Wednesday between 9am and 12noon Health Haven opens the doors for you to drop in and get natural health advice over-the-counter. We dispense whatever you need while you wait, and you’re welcome to stay for a free herbal tea and chat in our Community Room.
What Walk-In Wednesday Can Help With
Walk-In Wednesdays are suitable for short-term or acute health concerns. We offer free over-the-counter advice, as well as $30 mini consultations if your concerns needs a little more time.
Any herbal medicines, supplements or other products you need are dispensed on the spot. Exisiting clients can also pop in for a rescript, without needing a consultatin.

Sleep Issues & Insomnia

Urinary Discomfort
Sick Kids - colds, flu, ear ache, tummy upsets

As well as any general “I feel like I’m coming down with something” concerns.
If your symptoms are more complex, ongoing or involve multiple health issues, a standard naturopathic consultation might be better, to allow enough time to properly investigate and develop a personalised treatment plan.
Any recommended herbal medicines, supplements, creams or other treatments are an additional cost. Most advice is free, a mini consult if needed is $30 for 10min.

You’ll find pots of warm herbal tea to enjoy, plus some natural products like our creams and balms to try. We invite you to stay, enjoy a free herbal tea, try some products and a chat with us.
What To Expect at Walk-In Wednesday
#1: over the counter care
Speak to us about your concerns over-the-counter, or in a 10min Mini Consult for $30.
#2: Individual advice
You’ll receive naturopathic advice specific to your issue, with recommendations for treatment.
#3: Natural Remedies
Our dispensary is available for anything you need, plus we’ll make custom creams, teas & herbal medicines on the spot.
#4: Time to relax
Stay for a herbal tea and chat in our Community Room. Time to unwind, try some products and take time for you.

Free Over the Counter Consultations
Acute health care provided in 5min over-the-counter sessions. Herbal medicines and remedies made up while you wait, supplements and other products you need available in the dispensary.

$30 Mini Consultations
For issues that need a little more discussion or a private chat in our consult room, we offer Mini Consults of 10mins for $30. You’ll receive health advice, treatment recommendations and a naturopathic prescription you can fill on the spot.

Tea & Chat
Relax in our Community Room, enjoy free herbal tea, try some of our hand-made remedies like our latest creams and balms and enjoy a little time for you. Our Community Room is open to everyone during Walk-In Wednesday.

Walk-In Wednesday was created to give the Gold Coast community an easy and affordable way to access qualified naturopathic care for everyday health concerns; while still offering full consultations on other days for those who need more comprehensive support.
