In the past few years while Cassandra has been away from face-to-face consultations, many clients called or emailed, wanting to return to care and get help with their health.

Many clients have said they’ve tried other practitioners but just weren’t getting the same results. That you wanted to get back on track and feel in control of your health again.

However, due to Cassandra’s own health journey, the physical clinic wasn’t open and telehealth isn’t the right choice for everyone.

But now, Health Haven is back and there’s never been a better time to return to care.

For those ready to return to Health Haven, Return to Care is a special consultation just for you. We will do a full health review, live blood analysis and iridology review. You’ll leave with a comprehensive treatment plan and clear next steps.

Return to Care is only $195 for a consultation up to 75mins ($245-395 usual price).

Available until the end of September 2026.

What Return To Care Looks Like

We start with your health story, the full picture beyond what’s happening right now – the patterns, what you’ve tried, what helped, what didn’t. We’ll also discuss what we’ve done in the past.

Then we do in-clinic diagnostics, including live blood analysis and iridology. This adds another layer of information about how your body is functioning, and we’ll explain what we see. Plus you’ll get images in your Treatment Protocol.

We end the session by discussing the findings and the recommended course action, including expected timeframes to reach your health goals. If we need pathology or other information, you’ll leave with referalls and next steps.

As you are used to with Health Haven, your Treatment Protocol will be practical, specific and easy to implement – created to fit your life and your budget. Health Haven has a full dispensary on-site so you can get everything you need to conveniently start straight away.

Should you need support, our quality practice management portal has a private chat feature where you can reach out between sessions.

A personal update from Cass

Over the past few years, I stepped away from the clinic due to my own health challenges, including complications from surgical mesh and the need for major removal surgery and recovery. I’m happy to share that in May 2025 I finally had full removal & repair surgery, in a 7.5hr surgery, followed by 10 months of recovery and rehabilitation.

This period of illness and recovery meant I couldn’t run a face-to-face practice. But I’m grateful to be on the other side now, able to step back into the space where I can help you all again.

Thank you to everyone who reached out during this time, and I am looking forward to seeing you in clinic again soon.
