Healing & Energy
At Health Haven, we know that healing can be more than just physical. For many healing comes from a deeper understanding, from releasing stuck energetic patterns. That is why we offer a range of energy healing, reiki, medical mediumship and intuitive services.

EMOTIONAL HEALING
At Health Haven we ground clinical care with deeper purpose, through intuitive & energy services.
Alongside naturopathic and integrative healthcare, intuitive & energetic services are available for those seeking greater clarity, emotional support, energetic wellbeing, spiritual exploration and deeper alignment within themselves and their lives.
These services exist within a calm, supportive and intentional space and are designed to complement medical or psychological care.
The intention of this work is to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, their intuition, their wellbeing and their personal path in a grounded and empowering way. Intuitive work often opens the door to greater healing, that physical support alone sometimes can’t provide.
If you have health or emotional issues that are a mystery or won’t resolve, you could be stuck in an energetic pattern or healing block that we can help unlock. You’ll also gain insight and direction regarding your issue that will allow you to finally move forward.
Grounded, Integrative & Non-judgemental
Intuitive sessions are offered in a calm, supportive and non-dogmatic way. There is no pressure to believe anything, and no single framework is imposed. Sessions are individualised and adapt to you, and the outcomes you seek.
For many clients, intuitive and energetic support becomes an important layer alongside their clinical care, addressing the emotional, energetic and deeper personal dimensions that physical treatment alone sometimes cannot reach.
Sessions are available in person at the Health Haven clinic Gold Coast, and online via video for selected services.
Medical Mediumship & Healing
Medical mediumship sessions provide guidance on health issues, where they’ve come from and how they can be resolved. Often this is the key to a person’s healing.
Sometimes combined with an energetic healing aspect, we combine medical intuitive insight with guidance to help you explore and understand the deeper patterns driving your emotional, physical or mental wellbeing.
These sessions can provide additional insight, perspective and direction for medical care and can support people navigating:
chronic illness
mystery conditions
emotional challenges
complex symptoms
life transitions
periods of uncertainty
Sessions are approached with compassion and sensitivity, and are available for both adults and children, worldwide. There is often a wait for these sessions, you are welcome to contact us to be put on the cancellation waitlist.
Medical Mediumship sessions with Cassandra are 90min duration and are $1500 ex gst. This includes a session recording, insights and practical next steps.
Psychic Mediumship
Psychic mediumship sessions connect with energy, spirit and deeper dimensions of consciousness to bring through messages, insight and perspective. These sessions may support emotional healing, closure, connection and a greater sense of peace; particularly for those navigating grief, life changes or a search for deeper meaning.
All sessions are conducted with integrity, care and respect. You may choose to call on your guides, interdimensional energies, departed loved ones or other spiritual guidance. We may use intuitive means, as well as oracle cards, pendulums, energetic channel or other means. Objects for psychometry are useful here.
Sessions are often used to:

Open the book to your soulpath, where every lifetime, experience and learning is stored. An Akashic Record reading taps into the complete history of your soul, every experience, contract and agreement, to give you deeper understanding.
Accessing your records can bring profound clarity on why certain patterns keep repeating, why specific relationships or life themes feel so familiar, and what your soul came here to learn, heal and express in this lifetime.
Sessions are conducted with care, precision and grounding. The information that comes through is practical and purposeful, not abstract or overwhelming. Most sessions bring through up to three past life journeys, that your higher-self want you to learn from right now.
