Healing doesn’t happen from a one-off appointment
Your body is constantly changing, and as you begin to heal, symptoms improve, priorities and goals change, and your treatment plan has to evolve with you. What your body needs today, will be different to what it needs in a few weeks or months.
Follow-up consultations allows your practitioner to review your progress, answer your questions and make any adjustments needed so you continue moving forward.
Our goal isn’t simply to reduce symptoms – it’s to help you achieve lasting improvements in your health.

What happens in a follow-up consultation?
As every session is tailored to the client, every consultation may look a little different. We provide what you need, when you need it.
Typically, a follow-up consultation includes:
Review your progress since your last consultation
Discuss any new symptoms or concerns
Adjust your treatment protocol to continue to align with your health goals
Amend your prescription of herbal medicine and supplements, and resupply anything you need
Review any new pathology or test results
Perform live blood analysis, iridology or epigenetic tests in clinic
We continue to work together, refining your naturopathic treatment protocol as we go, so you continue to attain your health and wellness goals. No two follow-up consultations are the same, as no two health journeys are the same.

Choose Your Follow-Up Consultation:
For most clients a Standard 30min Follow-Up is suitable. However if want to have live blood analysis and iridology done, your health has changed, there is a lot to discuss, you have a new diagnosis or pathology or other concerns, please book the longer 60min Progress Review Session.

Plus, I’m the practitioner other practitioners trust to mentor them in clinical cases and business; and I served on the Board of Australia’s largest natural health association.
What Happens At Your Follow-Up
The Follow-Up Consultation is our opportunity to discuss your current state of health and improvements, review the treatment plan and make amendments where needed, and make necessary changes to keep your health moving forward positively. In the early stages of treatment follow-up consultations happen every 2 to 4 weeks, but as your health improves your consultations are spaced further apart 5 to 12 weeks or longer.
We lengthen the duration between your sessions and reduce your supplement regime as soon as your health starts to improve, as we don’t believe in unnecessary appointments or over-prescribing.
#1: REVIEW
We discuss the changes you’ve seen in your health since your last appointment.
#2: investigate
In longer sessions we may revisit a live blood analysis or iridology review to further inform our treatment progress.
#3: amend plan
We amend your treatment plan to keep your health progressing forward, which includes lightening any supplement regime as your health improves.
#4: Manage
To create lasting change your body needs time to heal. The support through Follow-Up sessions allows us to provide this for you.
