The Next Steps
Your appointment has been successfully booked and a confirmation email is on it’s way to your inbox will all the details you need, including our location, parking and what to bring to your appointment. You’ll also receive a Client Intake Form to complete if this is your first session.
If you’re visiting us In-Person, Health Haven Natural Medicine Clinic is located at 6/19 Cotton Street in Nerang on the Gold Coast.
Online consultations are available Australia-wide and held via Zoom (a link to your telehealth video-session is in the email).

Introducing our Client Portal
We use a private, secure client software called Practice Better. You will receive an email inviting you to join the Practice Better portal. Within the portal you can access the private chat to contact your practitioner between appointments, as well as see your bookings, reschedule as needed, and access your treatment protocols and more.
Practice Better can be accessed via a browser, and by their app that you can download for free from the app store. You can also login at any time using the “Client Login” button in the menu or below.
