Rather than choosing a pre-made product, your herbs are blended specifically for your health goals, symptoms and constitution.
This allows your treatment to evolve as your health improves. Each prescription is professionally formulated and prepared in our clinic.
Practitioner-Grade Supplements
Not all supplements are created equal. At Health Haven we stock practitioner-only brands chosen for their quality, research and therapeutic effectiveness. These products are generally unavailable in healthfood stores, supermarkets and other retail stores, as they are for qualified practitioner dispensing only. This allows us to provide you highly therapeutic products that align with your individual treatment plan.
Our recommendations are always based on clinical need, effectiveness and affordability – never just for the sake of selling more products.

Need a repeat? Run out of a supplement?
If you’ve run out of your herbal medicine or practitioner supplements, getting a repeat is simple. Depending on your treatment plan and stability of your health, we can often organise repeat prescriptions without the need for another full consultation.
Contact us using the private chat function in the client portal, or call us to order, and your rescript will be organised for you, ready for when you drop in or posted direct to your door.
Not a Health Haven client and looking to get your prescription from another practitioner filled? We can do that too. Email us or call us to place your order and we’ll have it ready for when you drop in. Or you’re welcome to just pop in during Walk-In Wednesday or on the first Saturday of the month (9-12noon) and we’ll dispense while you wait.
Please note though, if your health has changed, new symptoms have arose or your have a new diagnosis or pathology, we will need to do a review Follow-Up Consultation before preparing your prescription.

One of my favourite parts of the clinic is helping people rediscover the ritual of a beautiful cup of herbal tea. Whether you’re looking to support digestion, relaxation, immunity or simply enjoy a nourishing daily habit, we have a range of carefully selected herbal teas available.
Sometimes healing starts with something as simple as slowing down and sipping tea.
All our pre-packaged tea range are made from organic dried herbs, created in small batches by hand.
The packages are resealable zip closures and recyclable. We have 31 different blends in our own range.
We also have over 100 dried herbs available to make up custom blends for clients to suit your own health needs.

People ask me all the time why I do things like open my dispensary to the public, or rescript between consultations. It’s because I believe natural healthcare should be accessible to everyone. I also believe you shouldn’t have to choose between health, and your weekly grocery bill.
Not every health concern requires a complete one-hour consultation, and sometimes a little guidance at the right time can make all the difference.
You are welcome to order products in advance and arrange a suitable collection time/day, or to pop in on Walk-In Wednesday or the first Saturday of every month between 9am and 12noon.

FAQ’s
Can anyone shop in the apothecary?
Absolutely. Everyone is welcome to visit our apothecary (set times) and browse our range of natural health products, herbal teas and wellness gifts.
Some practitioner-only supplements and custom herbal prescriptions do require a consultation or existing treatment plan.
Do I need to be a client?
No you don’t. Many of our products are available to everyone. However, personalised herbal prescriptions and some practitioner-only products require guidance from a naturopath or a current naturopathic prescription.
Can you make herbs for children? Do you keep kids supplements?
Yes. We regularly prepare customised herbal formulas for children and take great care to make them as child-friendly as possible (we have a secret recipe kids love!) while tailoring every prescription to their individual needs.
As for supplements, we keep a wide range of supplements we use with children, and have lots of helpful ways to support compliant taking.
Can I get another of my herbal medicine, I'm almost out?
Yes. Existing clients can contact the clinic regarding repeat prescriptions. We generally book your next consultation to align with the volume of herbal medicine you have, so you don’t run out or have to pop in between consultations.
Depending on your treatment plan, how long it’s been since your last consultation, and how stable your health is, we may be able to prepare your repeat without another appointment.
Can you post or courier products?
Yes we do post Australia wide. For competitive cost we use Australia Post when possible, but also couriers to regional centres. We do not post herbal tinctures overseas.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, debit and credit card. We also have AfterPay and ZipPay available. We have more payment options coming soon, such as Klarna.
